With over 2,400 courses, 73 bachelors, 43 masters, 22 doctoral and two education specialist programs, Old Dominion University has all types of programs for students. Our professors are leaders, thinkers, and doers. In fact, 32 of our faculty have received The Outstanding Faculty Award from the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV), placing ODU in the top tier of award-winning institutions statewide. Through their mentorship and classroom experience, students will be prepared for life after graduation. Students benefit annually from more than 5,600 practical experiences. ODU has the second largest percentage of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and health (STEM-H) graduates in Virginia.
